hi usually for similar skin condition to yrs,it's needed to have higher energy level administered (it comes with higher downtime too) to achieve better results within 1 treatment.It doesn't mean only 1 treatment is enough;Aggressive the treatment, better the result,lesser the sessions.Mostly the patients can choose their downtime and the results as well.
However,for darker skin tone patients,if energy is high there's a risk of causing marks or light colored pigments.
